Economist Finds David Garcia Would “Derail” Arizona’s Economy
PHOENIX — As David Garcia makes his final pitch to voters, an economist is out today with a new report detailing the disastrous effects Garcia’s economic plan would have on Arizona’s economy
The report from Rounds Consulting Group looked at just three of Garcia’s economic proposals – socialized health care, free college, and a new tax on middle-class families and small business owners
The report found the policies, taken together, would cost Arizona hundreds of thousands of jobs and billions to enact, while even implementing one or two would cause “irreparable economic and fiscal harm.”

Bernie Sanders Viewed Unfavorably By Most Arizona Voters
PHOENIX — As David Garcia campaigns today in Arizona with Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders, a recently commissioned poll finds that the Vermont senator is badly underwater with Arizona voters
The poll, conducted by Public Opinion Strategies, found that 54 percent of likely Arizona voters had an unfavorable view of Sanders, with only 26 percent having a favorable view. Among Independents, the numbers are even worse for Sanders — 56 percent had an unfavorable view
Even 18 percent of Democrats have an unfavorable view of Sanders, and in Pima County, 56 percent of likely voters have an unfavorable view. Fifty percent of Independent women statewide also have an unfavorable view, according to the poll.
